John Scott is best known as the cheeky fashion guru for ITV’s This Morning… he arrived there after a successful career as a costume supervisor on movies such as Interview with a Vampire, Tomb Raider, Notting Hill, Four Weddings and several James Bond films… he is stylist to the stars and loves a challenge. You can catch John on TV NEWS casting his expert eye over the latest celebrity fashion and style.
What’s been your worst ever fashion disaster?
I’m John Scott fashion guru stylist to the stars don’t you know!
Which decade do you think produced the greatest fashion styles?
I love the 70′s as I was there, loved the 80′s for the pure decadence but my favourite fashions are from the Edwardian era
Who, in your opinion, is currently a style icon?
Style icons come and go and fulfill different needs…..but ones that pop to mind are….Tom Ford, Thandie Newton and Pixie Lott
Who, in your opinion, is currently a style amateur?
Even though I adore her it has to be Jordan/Katie Price
If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
Australia….I was lucky enough to travel to world whilst working in films but I never made it to Australia and my clairvoyant tells me i shall end up living there
What would you never leave the house without?
My sense of humour and a smile

First??? Oh I have no idea… I have crushed on all of them…..Geri Halliwell to Carol McGiffin via Philip Schofield
If you were stranded on a deserted island and could take 3 things, what would you take?
I would take sun tan cream a picnic and a power boat
If someone could play you in a film of your life, who would it be?
There are 2 answers to this question who I would cast and who they would cast….my casting ? well i suppose young me it could be Taylor Lautner , the middle aged years it would have to be Daniel Craig and for my old age George Clooney …………….. their casting would be Chesney from Corrie then Dale Winton and then (god rest his soul) Frankie Howard!
